The scaffolding goes higher as the walls progress. The first floor balcony is formed and poured. Concrete is expensive but will not burn or need replaced as the point is to build a 150 year home.

Building in March 2009!
Lumber cut last summer is now graded and ready to use. Block is now stacked for the next pouring of concrete. I will have a load of concrete and a pump come to the site. I can pour into the cavities in the block about 1.5m or 5' of height in concrete. Soon it will be time to form the first level balcony for pouring concrete. Today I had rain, snow, hail and sun I never know what to expect in March.
